Where do you get your chocolate from?
We import only premium Belgian chocolate straight from Belgium. It is the real deal; we do not use any compound based chocolate.
Where do you get your honey from?
All our honey is 100% Australian local Queensland honey.
Do you use Australian made ingredients?
As much as we would like all our ingredients to be Australian made, it is not always possible. We use only the best premium ingredients we can find, that is why we import some of our ingredients from Europe and New Zealand.
Do you use sugar free chocolate?
At the moment all of our chocolate contains sugar.
Do your products contain soy?
No, however all our chocolate contains soya lecithin, used as an emulsifier.
Is your chocolate diary free?
Our chocolate usually made with whole or skimmed milk powder, the exceptions would be the dark chocolate 54.5% and above. Please refer to the ingredient and nutrition information for a specific product.
Is your chocolate gluten free?
The chocolate itself is gluten free; however some of our products may contain gluten or traces of gluten. Please refer to the ingredient and nutrition information for a specific product.
What types of chocolate do you use?
We use white chocolate 28.0%, milk chocolate 33.6%, and dark chocolate 54.5% and 70.4%. There is no palm oil used, and no added fat.
Do your products contain alcohol?
Some of our chocolates contain alcohol as the base or flavour. All alcohol free products are labelled AF. Please refer to the ingredient and nutrition information for a specific product.
How is the product transported?
We take great responsibility to ensure our product reaches our customers in perfect condition. We use companies that offer temperature controlled conditions and have a good reputation.
How do you deliver the products?
Deliveries are dispatched Monday to Thursday. All local Queensland deliveries are made on the same day using refrigerated transport, where applicable. Refrigerated transport and appropriate packaging are used for all interstate and international pallet size orders. Express courier services are used for all small size interstate or international orders.
How should I store my chocolate products?
The optimum temperature to store chocolate and chocolate products is 15-20ºC with low humidity. It is best advised to store chocolate in a cool shaded area away from heat or light sources and any perfumed substances.
Are your products Halal Certified?
Not at the moment, although many of our suppliers do have Halal Certification.
Are your products Kosher?
Not at the moment, although many of our suppliers do have Kosher Certification.
